The Board of Directors of the recovery effort assists the Governor in providing the vision, creativity, and leadership to identify, prioritize, and address the short- and long-term issues of recovery. The board recommends policy, planning and resource allocation affecting programs and services for the recovery and identifies duplication of services relative to the recovery where appropriate.
