Requests for Proposals / Recovery-related contracts
The state of Louisiana publishes requests for proposals (RFPs) in a centralized database online called LaPac. All RFP documents, addendums and responses to proposer questions are posted on this site. Each RFP also includes contact information.
RFPs are organized by the agency soliciting bids. In many cases, RFPs for recovery-related projects are listed under the “DOA Office of Community Development.” If another state agency is running the program, the RFP will be listed as coming from that department.
